In this circular walk, you will enjoy the fantastic biodiversity of the mountain, especially the Laurissilva forest, classified as World Heritage by UNESCO and part of the Natura 2000 Network. From Chão das Feiteiras to Ribeiro Frio, the descending trail follows the ancestral and magnificent Caminho Real 24.
This trail, characterized by bucolic, agricultural and coastal landscapes along the northern mountain range of the island, begins in Santana, and along the way several specimens of endemic flora can be observed.
